Account Executive

The role plays a key role in generating and closing sales and opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota and margin objectives of the company.

  • Completes all applicable training to maintain knowledge of company products and services, sufficient to conduct a two-hour, detailed customer demonstration
  • Coordinates and conducts product demonstrations
  • Identifies customer pain points, problems, and opportunities, communicating these to Product Management group
  • Creates new sales opportunities by networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation techniques
  • Grows customer satisfaction
  • Surpasses monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Reports on sales activities and creates sales quotations for customers
  • Tracks and manages the entire sales cycle in company CRM platform
  • Works closely in conjunction with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support

Specialized Skills and Knowledge

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other applicable field and a minimum of five years of experience in software application sales, or a minimum of eight to 10 years of experience without a degree

Integration Business Analyst

The role plays a key role in the definition of Delta Health Technologies’ internal and external solution integration strategies.  The Integration Business Analyst will work closely with both the Engineering and Product Management groups to define technical solutions to business problems that require integration between software applications. This includes the management of external partner relationships as they apply to integration solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with external partners, working with those partners to define, optimize and enhance solution integrations
  • Define business requirements and technical solutions to address business requirements in collaboration with customers and external partners
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Define technical solutions that require integration between software solutions using HL7 V2.X, HL7 V3, web services
  • Document business processes visually (i.e. Visio) and the ability to identify the data needs for the business process
  • Create basic network topology diagrams to demonstrate server location in relation to other servers, firewalls, etc.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure data necessary for integration solutions are collected and stored as necessary to support the solution
  • Work with the QA Manager and colleagues to define the Quality Assurance requirements for integration solutions
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
  • Train internal solution support resources regarding new integration solutions including installation and troubleshooting of integration
  • End User documentation for new integration solutions

Specialized Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements
  • Proven experience in cross-discipline collaboration
  • Demonstrable experience in writing T-SQL queries
  • Basic understanding of standard communication protocols (i.e. ftp, sftp, ssh, smtp) and SSL Certificates
  • Able to work collaboratively with Engineering to define technical solutions for business processes
  • Excellent understanding of software design techniques
  • Basic level knowledge of HL7, XML and RDBMS concepts
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies preferable
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Degree in a computer science related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

The role plays a key part in testing the Delta Health Technologies’ software solutions. The position will work closely with both the Engineering and Quality Assurance Managers to define strategy and process, bringing automation in line with the existing functional aspect of the test effort. This position is responsible for the design and development of automated testing using Team Foundation Server (TFS) as an Application Lifecycle Management solution and Protractor for functional automation. You will be responsible for creation, execution and maintenance of automated scripts. In addition, the position is responsible for creating metrics and increasing test coverage using the automated systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement and develop automated test practices for web applications primarily using Protractor
  • Design and create test scripts using Protractor to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, performance testing, or usability in preparation for implementation
  • Work with the QA Manager and Engineering Manager to define process and strategy associated with automation
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content
  • Work with QA Manager to plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems

Specialized Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven experience developing automated test systems using Protractor
  • Ability to create scripts beyond record and playback using Protractor. Specifically developing functions, adding control flow logic, loops etc
  • Ability to create load/performance tests and analyze metrics to provide insight into bottlenecks or low-performing areas of the application
  • Experience working with GUI object recognition and customization
  • Experience testing ASP.NET, .NET 2+, JavaScript, SQL, Windows GUI, Angular 2
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills
  • Excellent understanding of software design techniques
  • Experience of source control systems and configuration management (TFS and GIT)
  • Basic level knowledge of XML and RDBMS concepts
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies preferable
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
